Adding a new user to an existing project

To add a new user to an existing project, simply send us an email to support@wordnerds.ai

New users will usually be set up the same working day, and sooner if you flag the request as urgent.

We'll just need to know the name of the new user, their email address, and what project/s you'd like them to have access to.

💡 Tip: If your new user will be using one of your Support Licenses, let us know and they'll be able to book in supported onboarding. 

❗️Warning: All users with access to your projects will be able to view and edit (including delete) themes, reports, visualisations and data uploads. When you give new users access to your projects, we suggest you let them know what aspects of the project you are intending them to use. If you are concerned about sharing a project, speak to us and we can suggest solutions, such as creating exploration projects for new users. For users only accessing projects to view specific reports, you can set up a report with the visualisations relevant for that user/team.
